Authorization objects
Numbers/reminders: The payment and/or collection procedure shall be managed solely on the basis of information from the collection perspective (in particular Table BSEG). For customer and vendor transactions, the Profit Centre is not included in the SAP journal masks by default, and is therefore not available on the appropriate BSEG document lines. Since numbers and warnings are usually centrally controlled processes, this should not be a problem in practice.
The function block was obviously not intended for this use, but our procedure does not affect the programme process and we are not aware of any limitations resulting from this use. You can also apply this procedure to other BTEs that pass data in a similar form. However, you should always exercise caution and check whether the application has already created sum records or whether there are other dependencies. Finally, you will need to create a product you have developed (you can define the name yourself) in the FIBF transaction and assign it to Business Transaction Event 1650 along with the customer's own function block, as shown in the following figure. The organizational structure defines responsibilities and the authorization hierarchy, while the process organization specifies process steps and the activities and authorization objects required for them in SAP. The authorization concept must therefore be flexible enough to allow future changes in the organization to be implemented quickly and in compliance with the rules.

The possibility of assigning authorizations during the go-live can be additionally secured by using "Shortcut for SAP systems".
So much information... how can you keep it so that you can find it again when you need it? That's what Scribble Papers is great for.
The Variables 1 tab displays the variables with the respective values used for this eligibility check.
However, we would like to point out that the granting of permissions for these tools in the production environment is considered to be critical to security, since it is very easy to allow access to large amounts of sensitive data in the case of erroneous or excessive permissions.
