In order to ensure the highest availability of SAP systems and a constant stability of system performance, the general system settings and settings in the respective modules are optimised in the area of Application Management Services. In addition to the system settings, the individual business processes in the SAP system are also simplified and thereby accelerated. Possible automation is also implemented here. The focus of SAP AMS is that all SAP users can work as efficiently as possible. This includes the legal requirements and clear safeguards. You no longer need to worry about the latest security packages or releases for your SAP system, as these are imported by the AMS service provider when required.
Every user is sitting in front of their SAP user interface, has to enter data here, and if there is a failure, there are delays - in ordering, processing an order, creating delivery notes, etc. This can be very quickly business damaging. You can't get anywhere because data can't be entered. SAP users do not necessarily know why something is not working. From the perspective of the user, it is a surface with which one works daily. If it no longer works, the support must be contacted. In this case, you leave the SAP world to describe the problem in some way in another system. It would of course be much more elegant and helpful if you had a help button in the SAP application that automatically creates a ticket. Each ticket created in this way is automatically enriched with runtime information and screenshots, so that the supporters can start editing directly. Unfortunately, it is often the case that the user does not know what transaction, etc. he is in. And that alone often causes confusion and back and forth.

Our schedule of expert services is still in the beginning. We expect customers to make greater use of this service. A special advantage for all our customers is that they do not incur additional costs for Next-Generation Support Services - they are automatically part of the support contract.
With Expert Chat and Schedule an Expert, we offer two live support channels that bring customers directly into contact with an SAP support expert - the same person who would edit a classic ticket to the question. Through Expert Chat, customers will receive a response directly in the chat in two out of three cases, with an average chat time of only 30 minutes. If the question in the chat cannot be solved immediately, SAP will automatically create a ticket for the customer, which will then be answered. In addition, we offer a kind of "doctor appointment" for our customer questions: With Schedule an Expert it is possible to arrange an appointment with an SAP support expert and to discuss the questions directly on the phone. We have recently also been offering this for further processing of existing tickets.
