Implementation Support
SAP AMS or SAP Support? What are the differences? Are there any at all? What support does my company need? We want to clarify, because the differences and added values of these SAP services often cause confusion among SAP users. Even if you do detailed Google searches - SAP partners and SAP itself do not entirely agree on how the SAP Application Management Services and SAP Support differ.

To ensure smooth business operations, our support team can help you find and fix solutions. We ensure that you can continue working without long downtime. The recording and processing of the reports within the business hours (08:00-18:00, Mo-Fr) is carried out by our help desk.
Validation of technical design of on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments
SAP Support supports all types of dependencies, whether on-premise, cloud or hybrid. The requirements of our customers are constantly changing - especially with regard to the end-to-end support experience. We recognised this early on and reinvented SAP Support. As already stated: With this "next-generation support" we are enabling our customers to gain greater access to our knowledge pool via self-services. Customers can ask their questions with us in real time, in direct interaction with our support experts. We also work to integrate support into our solutions. And to shorten the time from question to answer using artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Together with the customer, we agree on a maximum time span to resolve reported problems. These periods are set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" allow for a quick fix in SAP support.

You as a customer are the most important part of our business.

Most SAP hints contain the description of the complication from a business perspective as well as the technical solution.

The freeware Scribble Papers is a "note box" in which all kinds of data can be stored. It takes in typed texts as well as graphics and entire documents. The data is then organised in folders and pages.
