Knowledge transfer is an important part of our support to keep costs as low as possible. We rely on a combination of pragmatic training and "learning on the job" to build and document our knowledge of the required information transfer.
Since 2017, Telekom has been certified as a Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE). Telekom meets all technical and organisational standards defined by SAP®. You can still access the SAP® information portals at any time (e.g. via the SAP® support portal). However, the support messages for your SAP® software must be sent directly to Deutsche Telekom via the contact channels listed.
Big changes cast their shadow: What next year will bring
We offer support in various areas, whether it is the maintenance of your ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC, S/4HANA, C/4HANA), the operation or hosting or through the CPI monitoring. We also have experienced consultants in application support who have been working with SAP ECC and its previous versions for decades.
Our work is aimed at improving the business of our customers. Our task does not end with the implementation of the IT solution. We support customers all over the world with the operation, maintenance and administration of the solution.
Some missing SAP support functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".
But what does it look like in practice? Shortly before the software launch, the support team will hold intensive training sessions for the users within the department.
In the future, SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SPS08 (SPS07 only with additional information) will be required here.
