The employees of our customers, like all of us, are used to beautiful and easy-to-use applications in their role as consumers of digital offerings; We also take this into account in our interaction with our customers. We provide self-service access to our knowledge pool in a variety of ways. This includes social media such as Twitter or messenger services such as WhatsApp.
As one of the few companies in the world, we have been awarded the title in the field of SAP Cloud Application Services - Strategic Supplier. It is an award for companies that offer their customers the highest level of Application Management Support (AMS).
Minimise modifications and customisation
Our customers run SAP software either locally or in the cloud. As a cloud hosting provider and AWS partner, we support both delivery methods. Our Singapore data centre currently supports over 50 customers for both SAP Business One and SAP S/4. We also work closely with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, Google or Huawei Cloud to help you find the right solution for your cloud hosting.
As part of the VAR (Value Added Reseller) Support Model, we process the support messages created by the end user. Our helpdesk, as the main provider of software support, receives your message, performs an initial root cause analysis of the support case, and passes the message to SAP® if necessary.
A useful product - "Shortcut for SAP Systems" - is available for SAP Support employees.
This allows us to deal with the actual incident with a lower priority structure, so that we can use the right skills and expertise to achieve a lasting solution.
